Return & Refund Policy

Most statues and sculptures are made or finished to individual requirements. Custom-made, personalized, altered or commissioned products are not normally eligible for return or refund after production has started.

Damage in Transit

Please inspect the package promptly and record an unboxing video and clear photographs. Report visible shipping damage immediately with the order and delivery details so the case can be reviewed with the carrier.

Approved Returns

A return must be approved in writing before dispatch. The product must be returned in its original condition and packing. Any applicable transport, insurance or handling cost will be communicated during review.
